Natural proteins like paneer, milk product will provide you tender muscle mass and an appearance of tight and younger-looking skin. Sleep goals should be a minimum of 7 to 8 hours and drinking 3 liters of water will go a long way. Avoid Caffeine, oily food and soft drinks will improve your makeover efforts.
